In this case, petitioners have claimed for regularisation in service. It has been submitted that during the pendency of this writ application, they have been regularised, but they have not been given the consequent benefit. The counsel for the petitioner has placed an order passed by this Court in LPA No. 416 of 2013 in which I (Shivaji Pandey,J.) was a party to that case.

This Court is not examining the merit with regard to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13666 of 2013 dt.28-04-2016 2/2 consequential benefit. As the counsel for the petitioner submits that cases of petitioners are squarely covered by that judgment, the authority will examine the claim of the petitioners with regard to consequential benefit. If the cases of the petitioners are found to be covered by that judgment, same benefit should be extended to them as has been given to the petitioner of that case. The whole process should be complete within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
