2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 434 (c) of 2012.

3. Pursuant to the disputes between the parties having been amicably settled on the terms and conditions enumerated in the order dated 09.11.2015 in Mediation Proceeding No.1445 of 2014 learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered a Demand Draft bearing No. 098337 dated 31.12.2015 (illegible) for Rs. 1,00,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26925 of 2014 (5) dt.13-01-2016 drawn on Punjab National Bank towards first instalment by way of permanent alimony to the 2nd party. The said Demand Draft has been accepted by learned counsel for the OP No. 2.

The parties have expressed their commitment to abide by the terms of settlement arrived at in mediation proceeding.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 11.12.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 434(c) of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
