JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Tej Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Matloob Rab, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr.Misc.No.10588 of 2007, which stood dismissed long back on 26.10.2010. The present petition has been filed on 12th August, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, by way of referring to the averment made in the present petition, tried to persuade the Court explaining the reason for delay. However, the Court is not satisfied with the explanation for the delay in filing the present petition.

Keeping in view the fact the present petition has been filed at much belated stage, there is no reason to restore the same. The petition stands dismissed.
