The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report was lodged on missing of Kajal Kumari, the minor daughter of the informant. Co-accused, Pawan Sah, who is son of this petitioner and others, including the petitioner, is alleged to have kidnapped her. The statement of the victim girl, under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, shows that the matter was of love affairs. She had voluntarily left her house and married with Pawan Sah.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 372 of 2015 (G.R. No. 6243 of 2015) to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge XIIIcum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
