JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ------------ 23-07-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present application. None appears on behalf of the opposite party either, though names of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list.

On the last occasion, this matter was dismissed by a Bench of this Court by order dated 07.05.2015 on account of nonprosecution. Yet the matter was restored by an order dated 24.06.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 24457 of 2015. Despite aforesaid indulgence granted by this Court, as noticed above, none is appearing on behalf of the parties. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present application. It is ordered accordingly.
