The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has not participated in the alleged occurrence and nothing has been specifically alleged against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
