The petitioner has a grievance that under 'Nal-JalYojana' Khatiyani land of the petitioner situated in MouzaSahaspus, Thana No. 05, Khata No.22, Khesra No. 2635 (old) 3855 (New) admeasuring 1 decimal is being utilized by the State Respondents for construction of P.C.C. Road, without undertaking any process of acquisition and payment of compensation in lieu thereof.

3. In my opinion, the petitioner has statutory remedy under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he may invoke by making application before Public Grievance Redressal Officer.
4. If any application is made before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer within one month from today, the Court expects that the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. This disposes of the application.
