This is an application for the purpose of appointment on compassionate ground. Paragraph no.14 of the writ application itself discloses that for the same relief the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 994 of 2003 which was dismissed on 27.6.2003 and the matter also traveled up to the Supreme Court unsuccessfully. In that view of the matter, the present writ application stands barred by the principle of res judicata. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
