Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 414, 465 and 477 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26.07.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
