Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the informant Rahul Kumar (now accused of present case) has filed a written petition before S.HO. Ghorasahan P.S. stating therein that he works a C.O. in Midland Microfin Limited Company and on 08-02-2023 at about 07:00 after collecting money, he was returning, in the way, four persons surrounded him and started assaulting him and they snatched collection money of Rs.82,590/- and key of motorcycle from the informant. Thereafter, the informant informed to his Branch Manager about

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25772 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 the occurrence and thereafter, Police and Branch Manager reached at the place of occurrence. Thereafter, FIR was lodged against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion and there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2023.
