2. Considering the relief/s mentioned in the writ application, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna (respondent no.5) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6672 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no.5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

3. Needless to state that the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna (respondent no.5) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
