2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to consider the application dated 19.07.2014 filed by the petitioner before the Circle Officer for Mutation of land in question in the name of the petitioner.
3. Counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit and submits that the application dated 19.07.2014 has been rejected by the Circle Officer on 08.08.2014 in case No. 2199 of 201415 which is Annexure-A.
4. In this background, counsel for the State submits that against the order passed by the Circle Officer, the Statutory Remedy of filing appeals is available to the petitioner under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1185 of 2016(2) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23,2011).
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the remedy of the Statutory Appeal under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23,2011).
6. Delay in filing the appeal, if any, is hereby directed to be condoned.
