The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 01/2020 arising out of Kashichak P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 dated 03.01.2020 instituted for offence under Sections 8(b), 20(a)(b) of NDPS Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation of the prosecution is of having found six bushes of Ganja plants over the land in front of the Cow-shed of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no certainty of the of the prosecution with respect to

He is in custody since 04.01.2020 and is a person of clean antecedent. He has been made accused in another case vide Kashichak P.S. Case No. 03/2020, in which he has been granted bail.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 01/2020 arising out of Kashichak P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
