In this case, the petitioner is challenging the first information report arising from Bairgania P.S. Case No. 136 of 2010 registered for offences under sections 419, 420, 423, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, allegation has been made against the petitioner to have misappropriated the money of the Bank, Bairgania Branch.

The petitioner has been made an accused. It is not a fit case where the Court should exercise the power under section 482 Cr.P.C. to interfere with the investigation which has been conducted by the Police.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50749 of 2012 (3) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
