The petitioners, who are the mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 01 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that general and vague allegations have been levelled against the petitioners and that also only for the reason of their standing in special relationship with the husband of the informant with whom she could not carry on well in her matrimonial life.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the relationship between the parties, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sasaram, District - Rohtas, in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 01 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down
