2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against this petitioner is of opening fire upon Shishupal Kumar causing injury on his hand and stomach. The aforesaid fact has also been supported by the injured Shishupal Kumar. Apart from that, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
