2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 121A/120B of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act, and section 18B and other sections of the UAP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case , on 03.08.201 , informant who is police instpector, got secret information that in the house of one Nandan Mandal, some miscreants have gathered and planning to commit some serious offence . Upon

No.25119 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/3 the aforesaid information , informant along with other police officials conducted raid, where one person was apprehended who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of his associates and several articles including letter pad, arms and ammunitions were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused persons. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is no way connected with the alleged offence . Similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 14318 of 2022 .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Iist Class Munger in Bariyarpur Police Station Case No. 92 of 2021 , subject to
