In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.16 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 333, 307, 353, 395 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. While the Police party has gone to arrest one Pappu Paswan at his village-Korbadih, some villagers including the petitioner created a mob and started assaulting the Police party with stick and iron rod, which force them to resort firing. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
