The petitioner being the married sister of the husband of the daughter of the informant is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about 9 years of marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is married sister of the husband of the victim and is employed as a teacher near her inlaws place. The accusation is omnibus and general. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. The impugned order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33567 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 does not suggest any direct evidence against the petitioner collected during investigation and learned court below disposed of the bail application after going through the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
