2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila PS Case No. 54/2019, instituted for the offences punishable under section 469/354(d)/509/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67(a) of I.T.Act.

3. The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1029 of 2021.

4. I see no reason to re-consider the earlier order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1029 of 2021. Accordingly, it is rejected.

5. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to send a report, as to what steps have been taken to procure the appearance of the petitioner before the court below.
