06-08-2015 Heard Sri Vinay Mistri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Govt. Pleader - 26. The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article-226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the respondents to ensure the opening of 18" diameter Saw Mill for making furniture, which was closed without giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. In this case, vide Annexure - 6 to the writ petition, the petitioner has brought on record copy of Resolution issued from the Environment & Forest Department, Govt. of Bihar, vide Memo No. 3959 dated 24-12-2012, whereby it is evident that

Patna High Court CWJC No.13126 of 2013 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 registration of 18" diameter Saw Mill used in carpentry activities and soling of shoes etc. have been exempted from the provisions of Section 25 of Bihar Saw Mill (Regulation) Act, 1990. Exemption is provided with certain conditions. In view of facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of Resolution of the State Govt. dated 24.12.2012.
