====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 438 of 2016 arising out of CIS No. 515 of 2017 dated 2.12.2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 354, 379, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that the petitioners had come to the land of the informant and sprayed some poisonous substance, resulting in burning of mustard crop. It is further alleged that the petitioners had hurled abuses and assaulted the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties, the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and they have

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 438 of 2016, arising out of CIS No. 515 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
