2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Awtar Nagar P. S. Case No. 252 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 188, 186, 324, 307, 332, 353, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to be part of the group of sand mafias who attacked the police force, due to which some of the police men received injuries, and blocked the road and obstructed Government officials in discharging their official duties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
