Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 325, 337, 338, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and after death of Gulab Singh Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was subsequently added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case there is omnibus allegation against this petitioner and others.

Referring to Annexure-2, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14541 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 No.44445 of 2017 vide order dated 22.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
