The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 registered U/s 342, 323, 354(A), 363, 366(A), 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1St Class, Benipatti, Madhubani. The allegation of informant Babita Kumari is that she was taken by the petitioner and one Samir on the pretext that she was being called by her father but she was kept by them in the house of his relation, where she was pressurized for marriage when she raised voice in the night then nearby people made intervention. Thereafter, she was taken other place where again pressure was given to perform the marriage. In the meantime, her

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of 4 weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be decided on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order.
