JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 149, 353, 332, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant alongwith the police party proceeded for patrolling in the evening. On the alleged date of occurrence, he reached Jangali Math. In the meantime, he received secret information that illegal country made liquor and toddy are being sold in a public place. After verification, he proceeded to Nandlalpur where it was found that

When the police party tried to recover the same, all the accused persons armed with lathi and sickle made attack on the police party and threatened to kill and also abused. Somehow they saved their lives.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. Altogether 10 persons named in the F.I.R. has been made accused alongwith unknown persons.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 87/2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
