The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 201(C) of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
The case was sent to mediation for settlement of the dispute between the complainant and the petitioner. The mediator vide its report dated 27.09.2016 reported that the dispute has already been settled. The terms of agreement is attached along with the report of the mediator.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute between the complainant and the petitioner has already
