This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Durgawati Police Station Case No. 75 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence rather he has falsely been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from co-accused, Sanjay Ram. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
