The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Kumar Singh. No incriminating / stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Santosh Singh has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 04.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57744 of 2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.25499 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prasenjit Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan / concerned court in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 370 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
