2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baijnathpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 103(1), 352, 351(2) (3), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner has been exonerated during investigation but the Magistrate has differed with the final form and has taken cognizance against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.10.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Baijnathpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024.
