The petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bhim Rai, who has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20328 of 2014. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.01.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the co-accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, has already been granted bail, the petitioner,

No.28581 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.
