Petitioner is accused in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. 28504 of 2019 on 21.08.2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further, he contended that the charge has already been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
