The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 364 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report main allegation has been made against Vishwajeet Singh. Allegation has been made of teasing the victim girl. After certain period victim girl has returned. From the record it appears that petitioner has gone with Vishwajeet Singh and victim girl, he was there in the train along with them.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Case No.329 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
