The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35950 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 No. 44175 of 2021, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.
It is submitted that due to mistake, the name of the court below was typed as Additional Sessions Judge (SC/ST) Bhagalpur in place of A.C.J.M. XIth, Bhagalpur and hence the petitioners could not furnish the bail bonds. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 11.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44175 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. It is further clarified that in place of Additional Sessions Judge (SC/ST) Bhagalpur, the name of the court below shall be read as A.C.J.M. XIth, Bhagalpur.
