Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32895 of 2016 (9) dt.01-11-2017 No.2 in the aforesaid Cr.Misc.No.29088/2014 has filed this application for review of the aforesaid order on the ground that the petitioner was not heard at the time when the impugned order was passed though the petitioner was a party to that application.
