Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the facts and the Rules, which govern their case is different.

Looking at the nature of the direction, which is being issued, the Court will intentionally refrain from accepting such a submission of the petitioner on the face value. Let the Principal Secretary take cognizance of Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations.
