The petitioner apprehending his arrest in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 511, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

After making submissions at some length, the counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the application so that the petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail.
