JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the prayer in the writ petition, by reason of the efflux of time, has now become infructuous. He however invites attention to I.A. No. 4566 of 2014 with regard to forfeiture of the earnest money which the respondents are liable to refund.

2. In view of the period of two years for which the petitioner had been suspended having already been over, no relief in this regard can be granted to the petitioner and his prayer in this behalf has become infructuous.

3. In the above view of the matter and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 with a representation for redressal of his grievance with regard to refund of the earnest

Patna High Court CWJC No.8752 of 2011 (5) dt.01-10-2015 money, which if done within a period of two weeks, the same shall be considered and disposed of by speaking order in accordance with law.
