JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 01 of 2017 pending before the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahan at Dhaka, East Champaran. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13970 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 and as such the same may be corrected.

In view of the above, let the father's name of petitioner nos. 5, 6 and 7 be read as "Sadlu Khan, Sani Ahmad Khan and Sahmad Khan" in place of "Satahu Khan @ Rudal Khan, Late Ahsan Khan and Late Ahsan Khan" respectively. Further, the time granted for surrender is also extended by another four weeks from today.

The order dated 15.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37316 of 2017 stands modified to the above extent.
