2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 3578 of 2012.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the registered sale deed is duly executed before the Sub Registrar in the year 2008 whereas the present complaint has been filed after inordinate delay of four years and that too not by the lady who is said to have executed the power of attorney, but by her husband.

4. Learned counsel for the OP No. 2 appears and has been heard who opposes the anticipatory bail petition.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 05.12.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 3578 of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
