2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 326/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. The petitioner and one co-accused took away the deceased and after assaulting him on his head looted Rupees Eighty Thousand from him. When the deceased became senseless, he was brought to his house by the accused persons. Materials have come during the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. He has been seen by the son of the deceased taking away the deceased. The petitioner is in jail

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
