2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail remedy before the Director General of Police, Bihar, for the relief as prayed for the present writ petition and in

Patna High Court CWJC No.5649 of 2023(4) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 this regard, he further informs that he has already represented before him for considering his case for being appointed as Police Sub-Inspector after having been selected and recommended.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
