2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"(i) Petitioner being a non formal instructor, worked for more than six years at two occasion, i.e. from 29.5.1988 to 31.6.1991 and again from 1.3.1995 to 31.3.1998, despite possessing all required eligibility has been deliberately and illegally left to be absorbed in Group IV post of the State of Bihar and as such Respondent may kindly be directed to absorb this petitioner on Group IV post from the date when shorter

(ii) For any other relief(s) for which petitioner is found entitled on the fact of this case and also in the eye of law."

3. Petitioner is stated to have worked on the post of Non-formal Instructor from the year 1988 to 1991 and further from the year 1995 to 1998. Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioner is entitled to be absorbed in one of the Group-IV post in the State of Bihar or not? Petitioner has submitted representation on 27.06.2019.

4. Thus, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to be absorbed in Group-IV post or not? Such speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
