Although Vakalatnama on behalf of O.P No.2 has been filed but nobody appeared on behalf of O.P No.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 379, 120(B), 403, 420 and 406 of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner in the complaint petition that he withdraw full amount of his father's money and not given the share of the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The entire allegation against the family members and petitioner is exactly false and it has been created under the ill intention of her naihar people. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the fact that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2023 in Cr. Misc No. 35000 of 2023, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.10960 (C)of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
