2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parabatta P.S. Case No. 349 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have committed fraud by selling the land of informant to different persons through six sale deeds in between 29.07.2022 to 08.09.2023 by preparing forged documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner and informant are own gotiya and land dispute is running between both the sides. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not forged any document rather he has sold his own share of land. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2025 and has got three criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18595 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
