JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 530 of 2017, dated 27.08.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown.

The informant of the case was waylaid and divested of his belongings. Later, i.e. on the next day, an accident of a motorcycle took place which was being used by three of the persons, one being the petitioner. That is how the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case as well.

No.15958 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the suspicious nature of accusation against the above named petitioner, he is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 530 of 2017.
