JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 2 26-08-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and on the confessional statement of co-accused Vinod Kumar Sharma of Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019, the petitioner has been arrested in this case. Petitioner is in custody 14.10.2019 yet he has not been put on T.I. Parade for identification.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
