Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By the impugned order dated 09.01.2014, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger refused to review the order dated 20.12.2013 whereby cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed when the ex.-parte order was set aside at the instance of the petitioner.

Perused the order passed by the Court below. It appears that cost was imposed considering the fact and now, therefore, the Court below held that the order cannot be reviewed.

In such view of the matter for the prayer to reduce the cost, this application under Article 227 is not maintainable as while supervising the order of the Court below, the High Curt will see only as to whether the order passed by the Court below is within his jurisdiction or not. 5.
