2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate, writ, order or direction a directing the Respondents Revenue authorities to restore possession of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5947 of 2023(3) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 petitioner, who is a retired constable over the land bearing Khata No. 339 Plot No. 40 having an area of 14 decimal situated in Mouza-Nandlalpur which has been settled in his favour under the Special Scheme but he has been dispossessed by the Respondent No. 8 to 11.

And further direct the revenue authorities to take legal action against the Respondent Nos to 10 and protect the interest of the petitioner.

And for any other relief (s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the fact and circumstance of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the SubDivisional Magistrate, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur.
