The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are the main accused in a case under Section 392 of the IPC and in course of investigation some incriminating materials were collected by the police against them, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
